Gang War was a virtual representation of one of Jacob and Evie Frye's genetic memories, relived by a Helix initiate through the Helix Navigator.
Description
Jacob and Evie set out to kill Edith Swinebourne and take over the Thames.
Dialogue
Jacob and Evie met with the messenger.
- Messenger: Miss Swinebourne has agreed to your terms. Everything is permitted in this gang fight. The wager is ownership of the Thames. Good luck.
If Swinebourne had already been killed, the message would be different.
- Messenger: The Rooks are in good standing, with Miss Swinebourne no longer leading the Thames Blighters. Good luck to both sides.
The fight between the Rooks and the Blighters started.
- Jacob Frye: The city belongs to the Rooks!
After some Blighter casualties, Edith Swinebourne joined the fight.
- Swinebourne: Outta the way!
Swinebourne was killed, ending the gang war.
- Frye: Ladies and gentlemen! We are Evie and Jacob Frye! And as of this moment, you all work, for us!
Outcome
With Edith Swinebourne dead, the Thames fell under the control of the Rooks.
