Monsieur de Vandal (unknown – 1768) was a dockworker in Louisiana in the eighteenth century. He sabotaged the ships of rival businesses to further his own goals. The Assassin Aveline de Grandpré learned of his actions and assassinated him with her Hidden Blade.
