The Daughters of Nimue was a druidic cult that operated in 9th century Glowecestrescire. Named after the Lady of the Lake from Arthurian legend, they defended the old customs of Britain before the arrival of Christianity. This cult took over the entire county with the manipulation of Ealdorman Cynon by the leader Modron.[1]
