I don't think it makes sense to standardize to just "Morehead", the character's surname b/c people can mistake that as a given name. It is rare to refer to someone just by their surname except in formal writing where the full name has initially been given. Also in the comic, the character is always referred to as "Ms. Morehead", so naming policy favors this more.

I wanted to ask you something. Which is... what's your name?
This article title is conjecture. Although the article subject is canon, no official name for it has been given.
Charlotte seeing her uncle at the hospital

The uncle of Assassin Charlotte de la Cruz fell critically ill during her childhood. Because his disease was deemed to be a pre-existing condition rather than a result of adverse working conditions, his health insurance was denied. This resulted in near bankruptcy for his family when they struggled to pay for his healthcare.[1]

Her uncle's treatment planted a deep mistrust of corporate power in Charlotte. While working for Malta Banking Corporation, memories of her uncle led her to illegally transfer ten thousand dollars from real-estate developers to the account of an elderly client, Ms. Morehead, so that Ms. Morehead could care for her ailing daughter.[1]
