Adras was an Egyptian captain who oversaw the Saragina Camp in Libue during the reign of Cleopatra.
Biography
Sometime prior to 38 BCE, Adras served under Gaius Julius Rufio, a Roman general and a leader of the Order of the Ancients. As one of the captains of Rufio's army in Egypt, Adras was placed in charge of conquering Siwa situated south of Libue, which would commence Rufio's invasion of Egypt. However, before the plan could come into fruition, Adras was assassinated by the Hidden One Bayek of Siwa, having received a letter from a messenger of Otis, a royal scribe from Alexandria.[1]
