Cedl was an Anglo-Saxon child living in England during the 9th century.
History
When the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan traveled to East Anglia to investigate the death of a number of cattle, she met with Abbess Wulfhilda. During her investigation of the murdered cattle, she spoke with Cedl and his friend Ashildr who witnessed a "Jötunn" killing the cattle.[1]
