Blume Corporation is a business conglomerate responsible for the development of the city-wide monitoring system CTOS.[1]
In late 2013, Blume Corporation sent a corporate sales email to Abstergo Entertainment's CCO, Olivier Garneau, advertising CTOS, and offering the possibility of having a localized system installed at Abstergo Entertainment's Montreal facility.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Blume Corporation, and CTOS, form the basis of the Ubisoft IP Watch_Dogs, which was released on 27 May 2014. Both Watch_Dogs and the Assassin's Creed series have had numerous references to each other in their respective media.
