Blume Corporation is a business conglomerate responsible for the development of the city-wide monitoring system CTOS.[1]
In late 2013, Blume Corporation sent a corporate sales email to Abstergo Entertainment's CCO, Olivier Garneau, advertising CTOS, and offering the possibility of having a localized system installed at Abstergo Entertainment's Montreal facility.[1]
Trivia
- The Blume Corporation, and CTOS, form the basis of another Ubisoft IP, Watch Dogs, which was released on 27 May 2014.
