The Mycenaean Axe was a heavy battleaxe from the days of Mycenae. Despite its age, the axe was still in fighting shape in the 5th century BCE.
The axe was made available to the Spartan misthios Kassandra via an Animus modification by the Assassin Layla Hassan, who relived the former's memories.[1]
