"Bloody" Nora was a British Templar placed by the British rite at the head of one of the seven gangs aligned with their Order, which controlled all of London's boroughs around 1868.
After the arrival of the Frye twins in London, Nora fell prey to Jacob Frye, when the Assassin decided that the better way to thwart the control of the Templars over London, was to take over the gangs and kill their Templar leaders.
