The French Bastard Sword was a bastard sword obtainable by Ezio Auditore da Firenze during the 16th century. During his search for the library of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, it could be purchased from any blacksmith in Constantinople.

The French Bastard Sword reuses the model of Bouchart's Blade and La Volpe's Bite; unlike the latter two, the French Bastard Sword is a heavy weapon instead of a regular sword.
