I adore the American West, but I just don't think there's enough there for a full AC game. Of course I'd play it and likely enjoy it, but there are many places I'd rather go first - ancient Japan, the Tudor period, Nazi Germany, and even the isu era - but there is one game that I think a Wild West setting would work well: a sort of '''legacy''' game, where you play through mini-areas of many time periods with significant moments in Assassin History. Just one or two sequences in 10 or so time periods with small areas and different assassins. I'd love for that to happen.
