Bill Miles is a member of the Assassin Order in modern times. In 1998, following Daniel Cross' return to his apartment, he was briefly mentioned by Paul Bellamy as having some records of Nikolai Orelov's mission to Tunguska.

Bill Miles shares the same family name as Desmond Miles; whether there is any connection between the two individuals however, is currently unknown.
