The Maria of Jehoshafat Church was a church located in the Kingdom of Jerusalem's city of Acre during the Third Crusade. Despite being in the Poor District, it was a popular meeting place for the city's residents. In July 1191, the Levantine Assassin Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad visited the location to gather clues on the Knights Hospitaliers' Grand Master and secret Knights Templar member Garnier de Naplouse.[1]
