That seems to be awfully close to what you're trying to achieve. Thanks for submitting your code to the JavaScript Review process. Unfortunately, I've had to reject it because, on testing, it badly bifurcated the right rail. That's a violation of FANDOM's customisation policy — but more importantly, it made the tool effectively useless to you.
Might I suggest that you simply import [w:c:dev:DiscordIntegrator] through your MediaWiki:ImportJS? That seems to be awfully close to what you're trying to achieve.
