I seriously doubt that he's the same Jabal from AC:Bloodlines. His appearance is conflicting with the timeline, and they might have just named that one Jabal on AC:BL randomly, like a throw-off name. Plus, he was already a rafiq, why'd he relinquish that position out of nowhere? Just saying.
