Just saw this due to the bump, here's answers:
- 1: The weapons that appear in Assassin's Creed II when synced with Bloodlines are not usable by Altaïr in Bloodlines. Bloodlines does not have different swords.
- 2: I couldn't find the weapons stats in a video, but I found a FAQ that has the weapons stats described. I can't assure you that these are the correct stats (my PS3 died so I can't go in and confirm), but it's something.
As for Angel's question, the weapons' unlocks require certain progression through the story of Bloodlines, yes.
