Why does this exist when there's a Greek category? Byzantine is a Greek subculture, effectively, and not really an ethnic label either, since the concept of nationality didn't really exist when the Byzantine Empire did. Greek or Roman suffices for that purpose. Which means the only other logical reason this category could exist is to denote affiliation to the Byzantine Empire, or their Templar successors in ACR. If so, why are some Byzantines not marked as Greek? Why does this exist when there's a Greek category? Byzantine is a Greek subculture, effectively, and not really an ethnic label either, since the concept of nationality didn't really exist when the Byzantine Empire did. Greek or Roman suffices for that purpose. Which means the only other logical reason this category could exist is to denote affiliation to the Byzantine Empire, or their Templar successors in ACR. If so, why are some Byzantines not marked as Greek? Makao the Byzantine {T/\L|<} 16:07, October 26, 2013 (UTC)
