In The Beginning

Hello this is err, they call me Subject Sixteen. Listen I don't have much time there's something I have to show you. We have been lied to this whole time. Everything we know, everything we've been brought up to believe, it's wrong. OK umm I've uploaded the evidence, the file that proves it all, but I've split it into twenty pieces, and locked each with a code. Can't be too careful. Queen Isabella, no not her, uh, what century is it? Never mind I've hidden the code to the first file inside this program. Find it, find them all, and along the way you'll begin to see the truth.

Meaning

Core refers to the core of an apple as pick refers to the picking of the Apple of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden. Puzzles of the apples begin here as "The Apple" is one piece of Eden.

Cut refers to a cutting with a sword. In the puzzle it is the Sword of Eden. Lean refers to the Staff of Eden

Meaning
Each picture shows that Cain killed Abel and took the apple from him. They also show that Cain was the first Templar, having committed the first murder. Subject 16's quote "Behold, the mark of Cain!" also symbolizes this.

Keep on Seeking, And You Shall Find
Puzzles

• First plucked from a tree guarded by a snake, it's powers perform miracles. Then, worn across the ages, torn asunder, hidden under a sea of red, reconstruct the timeline.
• A picture of Jesus' crucifixion. The shroud is hidden adjacent to his right thigh. If the cursor is centered around his chest the words "they took it" can be seen. "They" were the SPQR.

Meaning
Similar to Puzzle 1, the apple was plucked from the Tree of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden. Jesus Christ was crucified for being in possession of the shroud, and it was taken by the Roman government.

Puzzles
Paintings:

• Czar Nicholas.
• Joan of Arc.
• Map of Europe. Joan of Arc's picture is located in France, while the Czar's, and Grigori Rasputin are in Russia respectively.
• Joan of Arc's execution. The words "they took it" can be seen. In addition to this a Templar insignia can be seen on the crowd on the right.
• Painting of a crowd of citizens with a large Templar icon in the middle of the crowd. At the top the text "Rasputin took it to Tunguska" can be seen.

Meaning The Czar, and Joan of Arc both had the Staff of Eden. The staff was the purpose of the reign of the Czar. And Joan used it for her leadership of the French Army. The Templars burned Joan to gain the staff, while the Czar was left powerless after Rasputin took the staff. The people of Russia then rebelled against the Czar. This is stated in Subject 16's quote:

Without the staff the Czar was powerless. He could no longer control his subjects. Revolution! Revolution!

Three thefts hidden by the murders. People only see what they're trained to see. What the organization wants them to see.

Meaning
The puzzle's main point is similar to that of modern-day government conspiracy. The statement "People only see what they're trained to see. What the organization wants them to see." means that the general population have little knowledge to the true facts of an event, and conspiracies arise from the myths.

Such of these are Houdini who died of Peritonitis. Though some say he was killed by several blows to his abdomen. The apple in this location signifies his second way of death. The hint "they made it look like an accident" also contributed to this.

Second is Gandhi who was shot three times in the chest. The hint "he almost beat them referred to his heart.

Lastly a myth of the actual events that occurred on the day President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. The assailant Lee Harvey Oswald was in one of the pictures on the puzzle. The letter shows the events many thought were actually true. The myth is that one single bullet killed JFK, and his wife in the motorcade. This was fired by Oswald from a substantial height from a book depository. Though many also say the reason both were killed was that there was another person. This person was supposedly located in a bush near the motorcade. This was sparked when pictures were open to the public. The picture's quality wasn't sharp nor detailed enough to display such thing from a view farther than the subject, but people say there was a shadow present from viewing the photographs.

The X marked on the map in the letter was the supposed second person which was near a bush.

Operation: New Frontier HQ has given the go-ahead to extract the resource. Negotiations are over. F. is planning to give the vote to everyone. Reason just doesn't work with someone like that. I'll send you the driver. We've trained him with PE2 in our labs, he shouldn't be any trouble. The motorcade route is marked below. Once the target has been downed, either by Oswald or Z, use PE1 to stage a distraction. Make some kind of phantom appear around this slope I've marked with an X. Freak people out. The driver will grab PE3 in the confusion.
