Outside, when he found her, she recited to him a text he had written years ago, and told him she wanted to understand its full meaning. Assassin's Creed: Embers is an animated short film project designed to expand the Assassin's Creed series. Revealed by Ubisoft on 6 June 2011, the film was released on 15 November 2011, alongside several special editions of Assassin's Creed: Revelations. The short film is available in 15 languages, either through voice dub or subtitles.
This short film was created and produced by Ubiworkshop, and was completely developed internally at Ubisoft Montreal. To create the film, Ubiworkshop worked with two other teams: Ubik, and a team from the Technology Group.[1]
Set after Revelations, the film concludes the life of Ezio Auditore da Firenze, who retired from his life as an Assassin and lived with his wife Sofia Sartor in Florence's countryside.
