::I've already seen videos of people being able to recruit him successfully. I wanted to make sure that I didn't miss anything, so I've been following this guide exclusively throughout my entire playthrough. I've done everything in the order this guide directs and the only quests I've ever not done were a couple of impact quests. I did these in the order of: [[The Hunting Party]] - [[Let My Patients Go]] - [[Inheritance Insurance]] - [[Too Much of a Good Thing|Too Much of a good Thing]]. I can't imagine what else could have been done out of order, but after reloading and redoing the quest and trying different choices/dialogue options, I was none the less unable to recruit him. I asked him about his baldness during First Do No Harm, and I did Speak no Evil before finishing The Doctor Will See You Now. I've been following this guide exclusively throughout my entire playthrough, and none of that was mentioned anywhere which I find very disappointing, as either of those things alone are enough to make it impossible to recruit him. Bug no longer present

The bug mentioned here is not in the game anymore. I played the quests and didn't finish the story yet and could reqruit Hipocrates.

Not Able to Recruit Hippokrates
