The story of this game is much alike to the story of the Assassins Creed: Brotherhood aside for a few exceptions:

Parts of the game

Ezio attaching a grappling hook to a statue.

You can use a sword, and sometimes use the Hidden Gun, in order to kill a guard standing next to the one you have already killed.

Also, you can use a hook to kill guards or to grab a statue and drop it on guards from above.

Trivia

  • The Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood mobile game is set in 1486 which is not the correct date in which Ezio did these specific things.
  • In the game, you kill Lucrezia Borgia, but in the console game you only take her hostage.
  • The Followers of Romulus are mentioned as Wolfmen.
  • In the game, you visit different cities throughout Italy to assassinate targets, whereas, in the console game, you only assassinate targets in Rome.
  • Several targets were shot by giant crossbows. Such as Lucrezia, and Juan Borgia.
