Palaiologos crest
I know the real-life crest for the Palaiologos dynasty is the same as shown here, but should we add a bit of trivia about the center resembling an Apple of Eden? --Kainzorus Prime Walkie-talkie 10:58, October 20, 2012 (UTC)
Perhaps it would be best to rename this to "Byzantine Empire"? Makao the Byzantine {T/\L|<} 20:02, December 20, 2012 (UTC)
Trivia
Edited the trivia section: the term Graikoi for Greeks was rarely used amongst themselves (as is today) and Hellenes had long fallen out of favour due to the name being associated with pagan worshippers.
First of all, sign your comments. And like I said, the Byzantines grew fond of emphasising their Hellenic heritage, it became pretty popular during and after the Latin Occupation for them to call themselves Hellenes. See here. Makao the Byzantine {T/\L|<} 17:38, October 8, 2013 (UTC)
