Yuri (left) with Hajime

Yuri (died 6 December 2000) was a member of the Japanese Brotherhood of Assassins during the late 20th and early 21st centuries. She was the mother of Tomo Sakagawa and oversaw the Assassins' training camp on the Island of Kyushu.

In 2000, after learning of Daniel Cross' betrayal of the Brotherhood, fellow Assassin Hajime Shimada implored Yuri to evacuate the camp and regroup with the Assassins in Osaka. However, the Templar agent Maxime Gorm and his team stormed the camp thanks to Cross' intel and started eliminating the Assassins. Yuri was struck by several bullets and implored Hajime to take her son Tomo to safety, before she ultimately succumbed to her wounds.[1]
