Xavier Chen is a member of the Assassin Order and head of a cell operating out of the Salton Sea.
Biography
Early life
At some point, during a mission Xavier was overseeing, all the Assassins under his command were killed, including one of the most respected Assassins of his time, Joseph.[1]
Joseph's return
However, in September 2015, Joseph resurfaced in the Templar headquarters, claiming that he was feeding the Templars with false informations regarding a Piece of Eden located in Salem at the time of the witch trials. Xavier's teammates felt conflicted over whether or not to trust him; while Xavier was inclined to believe Joseph, Galina Voronina thought it better to take no risks and kill him.[2]
To be sure that despite his claim, Joseph was not giving valid intellgence to their ennemies, the Assassins decided to search for an individual with the necessary genetic memories.
