Verðandi was one of three Nornir in Norse mythology. [citation needed]
Mythology
Along with Urðr and Skuld, Verðandi was one of the Nornir, women who were at the birth of every child, deciding its fate. Verðandi represented the present, whilst the other two represented the past and future.[1]
In Asgard, Havi was approached by the Nornir at his throne atop Heimdall's tower in Asgard about an upcoming catastrophe.[2]
