The Temple of Pythagoras is a memory in The Da Vinci Disappearance downloadable content pack for Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.

Description

With the temples location now discovered, Ezio enters the catacombs to save Leonardo from the Hermeticists.

Outcome

Ezio kills the leader of the Hermeticists. They both discover a vault within the temple. After you leave the temple, you can hear the two men speaking you heard at the beginning of the sequence, they say they found a location of a temple. I can't remember when but during the conversations in the sequence, you are able to hear the name "Wiliam"
