The Farmyard was an Irish village build along the River Erriff in the southern part of the region, north of Bog Rot. It consisted of four houses and was protected by a few soldiers.
In the 9th century, it was raided multiple times by Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan, Vagn and their raiding crew on her longship.[1]
Behind the scenes
Unlike the name suggests, this location isn't a farm, as it doesn't have any crop fields or barn animals, it is depicted as a village instead.
