Tewdwr was the ealdorman of Glowecestre in the late 9th century. He was inexperienced and easily misled by the agendas of others, having meant to enter the service of the church instead of becoming a leader.[1]
Personality and characteristics
Tewdwr has had a personality similar to that of Cynon in several respects, just as his predecessor at the beginning was an extremist Christian who hated everything pagan, but a few days before his coronation as ealdorman of [ [Gloucester| Glowecestre]], admitted that Cernnunos is one of the many faces of the Christian god. [citation needed] In his time as ealdorman he had an experience as if Cynon's spirit possessed him, considering him a mentor alongside Eivor.[2]
