Silas Thatcher (unknown - 1754) was a high-ranking officer within the British Army and a member of the Templar Order.

According to information that was gathered by a Continental soldier and imparted to the Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton, Silas intended to lead a small party of soldiers to ambush a Continental outpost. Before this could occur, Ratonhnhaké:ton infiltrated the fort that Silas was stationed within and assassinated him.
