Rome (Roma in Italian) is a location in Assassin's Creed II.
Rome is the final location in Sequence 14 of Assassin's Creed II. The player will have to traverse Castel Sant Angelo's walls to reach the Templar leader Rodrigo Borgia, who has become Pope. However unlike the other locations, you may not revisit Rome after the final mission

During the 15th century, Rome was the capital of the Papal States.
Landmarks
One of the greatest landmarks of Rome is the Colosseum which can be viewed from far away (but not accessible) in the game.
