Rafael Joaquín de Ferrer (1730s - 1769) was a member of the Templar Order and the most trusted agent of the "Company Man". He was entrusted with the transportation and management of slaves to a Templar work camp in Mexico to excavate First Civilization artifacts.

Biography

Negotiating with Governor d'Abbadie

In 1765, de Ferrer negotiated a deal with the Governor of Louisiana, Jean-Jacques Blaise d'Abbadie, for him to remain in his position as governor, provided he oversaw the hand-over the colony to the Templars and supplied de Ferrer with slaves and vagrants for a covert Templar operation.
