Philae, 1340

Philae is an island in southern Egypt and was originally located near the Nile River. The island was the site of an Ancient Egyptian temple complex, which was built in honor of the goddess Aset.

In 1340, the Assassin Numa Al'Khamsin and his disciple Ali Al-Ghraib were summoned to the island by an Assassin elder, to discuss the recent theft of the Scepter of Aset by the Templars.
