Anticosti is an island in the North Atlantic Ocean, and according to the [[Animus]] is (or was) the world's largest privately owned area. Anticosti is an island in the North Atlantic. In April 1752, Assassins Chevalier, Liam O'Brien and Shay Cormac met with Le Chasseur, a spy who worked with the pirates, to discuss their plans involving the Precursor box and Manuscript. Shay later returned to the fort, killing Le Chasseur and claiming the fort for the Royal Navy in 1756.
