The Paros Axe

The Paros Axe was a type of battleaxe forged by and utilized by the soldiers from the Greek island of Paros, a rival polis of Naxos.

In 429 BCE, the Spartan misthios Kassandra acquired the axe after freeing the admiral Euneas from the Fortified Marble Quarry in Paros.[1]

Description
It's fair to assume this axe has seen its share of bloodshed from Naxos.

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The Paros Axe, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the Ancient Axe, a weapon in the same game. These are both the recycled model of Divide et Impera, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
