The Olouros Fortress was a military fort located within the Erymanthos Peaks in Achaia, Greece.
History
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place at the request of the pirate queen Xenia, whose crew had been ambushed and taken to the fort. Kassandra sought out Anaximander, and slew the polemarch and the captains stationed at the fort. She also burnt down the supplies located within the fort.[1]
Kassandra also found a letter that led her to Nestor, a member of the Order of the Storm[2], as well as the mercenary Aias the Clean, who was meeting with the polemarch of the fort. Kassandra subsequently slew them.[3]
