Noise darts were throwing tools used by Chinese Assassin Shao Jun in the 16th century and Indian Assassin Arbaaz Mir in the 19th century.
History
Shao Jun first used noise darts some time prior to her capture by the Templar Tiger Gao Feng in 1526. After being captured in the Maijishan Grottoes, she was stripped of her weapons and tools, including the darts. After Shao Jun escaped she recovered her gear and assassinated Gao Feng. Shao Jun continued to use the darts in her six year long hunt for the Tigers.[1]
Arbaaz Mir used the noise darts while attempting to recover the Koh-i-Noor diamond from the Templar William Sleeman in 1841.[2]
Usage
Noise darts where used like regular throwing knives, but were designed to make noise when hitting a surface, allowing the users to distract guards from afar.
