The Narodnaya Volya (Народная Воля in Russian, known as People’s Will in English) were a Russian sect of the Assassin Order. Publicly seen as a terrorist organization, the sect were responsible for a number of acts of sabotage and murder; most famously responsible for the death of Tsar Alexander II of Russia, after five separate attempts.
