The Narodnaya Volya were a Russian sect of the Assassin Order. Publically seen as a terrorist organization, the sect were responsible for a number of acts of sabotage and murder; most famously responsible for the death of Tsar Alexander II of Russia, at the hands of the Assassin Nikolai Orelov.
