Leila Marino (unknown - 2007) was an employee of Abstergo Industries until her suspicious death. Supposedly a suicide, the circumstances surrounding her death were unknown to all but a few, and the coroner's report into her death became classified by Abstergo.

Five years after her death, in 2012, Leila's close friend Lucy Stillman made several attempts the truth behind Marino's death, e-mailing several Abstergo employees including the CEO Alan Rikkin and her supervisor, Dr. Warren Vidic. The only explanation she received was that Marino had committed suicide over her relationship with an individual named Neumann.
