The Katano Broken Shrine was a Shinto shrine located east of Katano Castle in Izumi Settsu, Japan, within the Katano Foothills region. In 1582, the Kakushiba ikki members Fujibayashi Naoe and Yasuke arrived at the shrine, climbed atop a wayward tree, and oversaw the land.[1]
