Basim met with Fuladh outside the Damascus Gate Prison, where Ali ibn Muhammad was held.
Outcome
Basim rescued Ali inside the prison and escorted him to the guards quarters to locate clues on Al-Ghul's location. Once he did so, Basim helped to buy time for Ali to escape the prison and meet him with the rebels at the Water Mill.
