Hag's Bite was a flail made of bramble wood and vines. Its green coloring suggested to onlookers that its barbs held a deadly poison.

During the Viking expansion into Anglo-Saxon England in the 9th century, the flail was made available to the shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived her memories in 2020.^[1]
