- "She looks like a ghost ship! Aye, risen from the dead to sink us!"
- ―The Jackdaw's crew upon spotting HMS Prince.[src]

HMS Prince was one of five legendary ships encountered by the pirate Edward Kenway in the Caribbean, during the early 18th century.
A Royal Navy warship, the Prince was engaged by the Jackdaw south of Saint-Domingue in the midst of a ghostly fog. The fog, along with the Prince's black and tattered sails, gave her the appearance of a ghost ship.
Eventually, HMS Prince was sunk by Edward Kenway's Jackdaw.
Notes
- When attacking the Prince, upgrade your ram and chain-shot. Stay near the back two corners of the ship, constantly ramming into them and slowing down, while firing the Chain-shots. For some reason, the ship rarely fires back allowing for a semi-hard kill, as apposed to a impossible one.
