Giuliano di Piero de' Medici (1453 - 26 April 1478) was the brother of Lorenzo de' Medici and the father of Giulio de' Medici by his mistress, and Cousin, Fioretta Gorini.

On April 26, 1478, Giuliano attended High Mass in Florence along with his mistress and his brother, Lorenzo. He was then attacked by Bernardo di Bandino Baroncelli, and then stabbed by Francesco de' Pazzi 19 times in the chest.
