Genessee

Genessee was a broad vale of taiga forests connected by rivers and cave systems located in the northern area of the River Valley, within the vicinity of New York and Canada's boundary.

The region once served as a home to the Iroquois people, verified by their cave paintings portraying their Sky Woman legend and a native column constructed at the edge of a hilltop. In the 18th century, however, the French started to build small encampments in Genessee's forests. During the Seven Years' War, the Templar Shay Cormac sailed towards the valley and recovered a native relic underneath the Iroquois pillar.

Trivia

  • Genessee can be derived from "Genesee" of Seneca origins meaning "beautiful valley" or the Greek word "Genesis", which means "beginning".
