This does not seem to be the wolf pup you find nor the one in the cage (as that's one and the same and Fenrir). Garm is mentioned either way, as Tyr is named master of kennels by Freyja, Tyr probably has several pets. Is Hellheim the same as our article "Underworld"?

Garm, or Garmr, was a wolf in Norse mythology.

Mythology

Garm was the guardian of the gate to Helheim.[1]

Biography

A letter to Tyr from Freyja mentions his wolf Garm getting loose in her garden, eating some unique plants that weren't available elsewhere, and partially destroying the garden in the process. She threatened to kill the wolf if she found it anywhere near the garden again.[2]
