Frank Kimmler (c.1969 – present) is an American prison guard who has worked at the Huntsville Department of Criminal Justice in Texas since around 1999. He is married to Janice with whom he has two daughters: Suzanne and Patricia.
On 21 October 2016, while Kimmler was talking on the phone with his frightened wife about the troubles in Houston after the assassination of three VIPs, the guard witnessed the arrival of Father Raymond. The priest was there to give comfort to a murderer about to be executed, Callum Lynch. Frank engaged in small talks with Father Raymond while opening the door, telling him that he disagreed with Lynch being killed for killing a pimp.
