Eydis was a Viking of the Raven Clan who lived in the settlement of Ravensthorpe during the 9th century. She operated the Barracks, and often advised the shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir on choosing a Jomsvikingr lieutenant to join the raiding crew aboard her personal longship, the Sea-Chariot.[1]
