This DNA has passed down through the Assassin bloodline, granting many [[Assassins]] the sixth sense [[Eagle Vision]]. Whereas Adam's half of the DNA sequence passed down to [[Desmond Miles]], the holder of Eve's half remains unknown. However, if Desmond was to find her, conceving children could mark the rebirth of the First Civilization, as the two DNA halves would mix to form one. This is another possible reason for the death of [[Lucy Stillman]] by [[Juno]] via Desmond in the Colloseum Vault. In Subject 16's blurred video in [[Assassin's Creed Brotherhood]], it showed a sonar of an unborn child, possibly from Lucy and Desmond, meaning that Juno stabbed her in the womb to kill the child as she, along with the other First Civilization beings, wanted only the child of Desmond to come from Eve's descendant. During those final years, Adam and Eve managed to free humanity from the rule of their creators. They broke into a First Civilization city known as [[Eden]] and stole an [[Apple of Eden]], seemingly from a First Civilization being that was using it to control human slaves. The effects of the Apple did not have any influence over Adam and Eve because of their DNA mix from both races. They were born without the neurotransmitter than most humans did, and were able to resist the powers of the [[Pieces of Eden]]. Adam and Eve climbed to the top of the centre building, when Eve turned to Adam and showed him the Apple, saying "Adam, I have it."
Adam responded saying "Eve" before they were stopped by an unknown force.
